Not only is this Rhode Island home from the design-build firm Caldwell and Johnson beautiful, it is also super eco-friendly and efficient! It has zero carbon emissions and runs on electricity that it generated on its own (thanks to photovoltaic shingles on the roof)! Very cool stuff. But what I also love are the pops of red and blue, serene wall color, amazing water view and awesome bar stools!!
