The incredible drapery fabric is undoubtedly the showstopper here. I am in LOVE with that bold fabric–<a href="http://designs.cowtan.com/details.aspx?ItemNumber=4802-03" target="_blank">Jamaica</a> in turquoise! Once again it's the kitchen that I'm totally gaga over. The pink retro-styled Northstar appliances are just so cute, and I love the island, cafe curtains and cabinetry too! The Lilly Pulitzer drapes and turquoise built-in desk in the master bedroom are fab too, so bright and cheery! I'm in love with the splashes of color throughout, but am especially drooling over that kitchen! (What is it about kitchens?!) I can't stop staring at the backsplash...I just adore the cool, watery hues of that tile! The aqua Viking range and turquoise chandelier are pretty fabulous too! Winter or summer, this is one gorgeous home designed by NYC-based <a href="http://www.katicurtisdesign.com/" target="_blank">Kati Curtis</a>, brimming with seaside shades that are as serene as they come. I was dying to know the paint colors, but turns out most of them were custom mixed...except the master bedroom which is Benjamin Moore's Silver Grey. Love the open kitchen and dining area, cozy family room, and incredible spiral staircase! How amazing to have a rooftop deck...especially with that view!
